The Universal Machines killing cone stand comes in different capacities from 3 cones to 24 cones. The birds are placed in the cone and allowed to bleed (halal) while the shell rotates. As part of poultry dressing machinery, it can handle 500 to 1000 birds per day. The blood trough keeps the workspace clean and captures blood in a bucket below; the cones rotate inside the trough.
We offer 304-grade stainless steel chicken killing cones suitable for halal use. Our killing cones come with a blood collector stand, which is more hygienic and helps process the chicken in an easier and cleaner way. Blood caught in the PVC trough below is easily removed and cleaned.
